112 is the Emergency Response Center that receives emergency calls from all over Georgia via the unified emergency number - 1-1-2 24 hours a day. The 112 service is free of charge from all fixed line and mobile networks even if the number is disconnected from both sides or there is no SIM-card in the mobile phone.

Where can I go to fill my subscriptions or treat long-term conditions and how much it costs?

Citizens of Ukraine who crossed the border of Georgia after February 2 of this year have the right to receive financing for the purchase of necessary medicines within the framework of the state program.

To receive financing, you will need:

  • Health certificate, so-called form 100, issued by a doctor
  • The calculation that you will receive at the pharmacy according to the prescription issued by the doctor
  • Passport or other document confirming the date of crossing the border of Georgia

Attention: you can submit an application for financing a maximum of 5 types of drugs at the same time.

The application of a citizen of Ukraine for the financing of medicines is considered by a special commission, which decides whether to finance specific medicines or not.

Any citizen of Ukraine can receive a pharmacy humanitarian voucher for 100 GEL from pharmacy chains GPC and Pharmadepot. To receive a 100 GEL pharmacy voucher allowing to buy medicines, stop in at any branch of GPC or Pharmadepot with a Ukrainian passport.

I am pregnant, where can I get gynecology care?

Citizens of Ukraine who arrived in Georgia between 1 February โ€“ 15 April 2022 are included in the state healthcare programmes covering maternal and child health, including antenatal care and screening of newborns.

The Resource Officer Service of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia offers psychosocial counseling services to school-age children and adolescents from Ukraine. To get a consultation, you should contact the 24-hour hotline at 08 00 00 00 88.

Mental health support provided under public healthcare programs is mainly related to psychiatric, rather than psychological services. In addition to services provided by the State, please follow the link to see the mapping of services offered by individuals and private companies.

The Georgian Society of Psychiatrists offers free psychiatric consultation to Ukrainians in Georgia. Working languages: Georgian, Russian and English. Consultation is also available remotely for residents of Ukraine.
