How to confirm disability in the Czech Republic?You have a Ukrainian ID card with a disability In this case, it is not necessary to submit an application for recognition as a disabled person. It is enough to provide proof of your disability to the Employment Center of the Czech Republic. Even expired certificates are recognized. You do not have a disability ID card or you have fallen ill since arriving in the Czech Republic It is necessary to apply to the district office of social security in the branch (ฤSSZ), providing a certificate from a Czech doctor. This can be done online. The district social security office will issue an assessment on whether you are indeed a person with a disability and inform the Employment Center (รลad prรกce) about it.
