Where to go in case of pregnancy may differ in different cantons. As a rule, you can visit a specialist (gynecologist). Check with the Social Security Office of your locality where you should go for a check-up and consultation in case of pregnancy.

Persons wishing to receive psychological help should contact a central institution, such as a psychiatric service or a family doctor. Contact the social security authorities of your locality to find out where to go. In order for the health insurance fund to pay for psychological or psychiatric treatment, you need a referral from a doctor. You can get it from your family doctor. It can also help you find the right course of treatment.
