Can I enter the country without a visa?

You should be able to enter Moldova with a passport and a document  verifying your stay in Ukraine.

Can I get refugee status in the country?

Yes. Moreover, you can apply for a residence permit and asylum. The Call Center of the Bureau of Migration and Asylum will provide you with information at the phone number: 0 8000 15 27.

How long can I stay in the country?

If you are entitled to enter Moldova without a visa, you can stay up to 90 days, within a 180 days period. For a longer period, you have to get a permit, such as asylum. If you entered Moldova on the basis of a visa, you may stay for a period indicated in your visa.
